This page explains what ALDA Fit knows about you, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
What we collect
When you join: your name, mobile number and a photo of you. When you use ALDA Fit: your plan, your payments, and each check-in (which venue, and when). In the app: your phone's notification address, so we can send you messages you asked for, and your location only while you look for venues near you, if you allow it. If you order from the store: your delivery address and what you ordered.
Why we need it
To run your membership, to let a venue's front desk confirm it is really you, to count your visits, to pay each venue for the visits it received, to deliver store orders, and to help you when you contact us. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for other companies' advertising.
Who sees it
A partner venue's front desk sees your name, photo and whether your plan allows the visit, at the moment you check in. Venues do not get your phone number. Friends you add in the app see your first name, the first letter of your family name, your streak and challenge scores. Nothing else. Payment companies and delivery riders receive only what they need to do their job. If you use meal photos in Nutrition, the photo is sent to Anthropic (the AI company) to name the foods and is not stored by us. If you order from the store, the delivery pin you set is kept with your address so the rider can find you.
How we keep it
Your information is stored on protected servers and only reaches our team members whose job needs it. Every change our team makes is recorded. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires, and the rest for as long as you are a member.
Your choices
You can see and correct your details, change your photo, and turn off friend features and notifications. You can delete your account yourself in the app (Me → Delete my account): your name, phone, photo, health profile, workouts, friends and addresses are removed and your login deleted; we keep only the payment records the law requires. You can also write to us and we will do it for you.
This website
The forms on this site send us your name, number and message so we can reply; we use them for nothing else. The site uses only the cookies needed to remember your language and to keep staff signed in.
